Amazing track from 1989! I love the lyrics and the way they're delivered in this one, especially at the end of each verse, as well as that synthy chorus. Overall it kind of reminds me of a more uptempo, more interesting Wrecking Ball, particularly from the 'didn't they tell us don't rush into things' line onwards. Hoping it can get released as a 4th or 5th single but I'm not confident.
